By purchasing, you are booking coaching services provided by Giles Hamer Hayes. Coaching is not therapy, medical, or financial advice.

2. Payment
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices are shown clearly at checkout.

3. Right to Cancel (UK & EU)
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
If you choose to begin coaching within this period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund once the service has started.

4. Refunds
Once coaching has commenced, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your commitment, actions, and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality
All personal information and coaching conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Data Protection
Your data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR regulations. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giles Hamer Hayes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from coaching services.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
